Job Description

TRC Professional Solutions is seeking a full-time IT service delivery manager for a partner who engineers specialty ingredients for industrial, agricultural and consumer applications.

Reporting to the Director of IT Systems & Infrastructure, the IT Service Delivery Manager will manage the daily relationship of IT vendors contracted for the delivery of IT services. This role will drive vendor performance through monitoring, scorecards, and established SLAs. This position requires a strong technical background and will be involved in the daily activities. Will work with business unit IT and 3rd party partners in support of IT infrastructure services.

Primary Duties (85%):

• Manage the day-to-day relationship of IT vendors providing services for IT with a yearly spend of $1 million

• Enable the delivery of high-quality services to business units, and to ensure Service Support and Service

Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs

• Create and maintain service level agreements and performance reviews, ensuring obligations are being met by vendors

• Provide exceptional, timely and accurate metric reports

• Serve as the point of escalation and centralized communication point while IT vendors are resolving issues

• Act as a liaison between business units, 3rd party providers and internal IT teams in the troubleshooting, upgrading, and requisitioning of systems or services

• Maintain a continuous improvement plan, make continuous improvement recommendations for JMH IT

services

• Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on opportunities to gain efficiencies

• Oversee and manage the IT vendor in the Client services role

• Perform other duties as needed

Secondary Duties (15%):

• Manage and maintain IT relationships with business unit that consume services

• Oversee the user lifecycle for Corporate division employees

• Oversee and manage corporate assets and the PC lifecycle for locations

Experience:

• 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing IT vendors for services being outsourced/provided

• 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an IT client services role

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional service

• Proven ability to think critically and problem solve

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite and tools
