Our client is a well-known multinational food manufacturer and they are looking for an IT Supply Chain Project Manager to join their growing team on a 5 month contract. There is opportunity for extension/conversion after the 5 months. The IT Supply Chain Project Manager will be responsible for development, tracking, and communication of a comprehensive project plan covering all tasks and resources required to deliver the project, and the event milestones marking progress in the delivery of the project. You will also manage actions to correct any deviations from the plan in order to deliver the project on time, in full, to agreed cost, with minimum operational disruption. • Development, tracking and communication of a comprehensive project plan covering all tasks and resources required to deliver the project, and the event milestones marking progress in the delivery of the project.

• Managing actions to correct any deviations from the plan in order to deliver the project on time, in full, to agreed cost, with minimum operational disruption

• Identify risks associated with the delivery of the project and for the creation of a risk management action plan

• Provide the communication bridge between the project team and the project steering group(s) and local management team - escalate issues as required and drive for timely resolution to protect the project scope, timeline and financials.

• Secure all necessary formal approvals for the project

• Lead and manage a cross functional team assigned to the project
