We are looking for a full-time IT Support/Night Processor in Kapolei for the following job duties:
The IT Support / Night Processor provides technical and clerical support to the night warehouse operations team. This role involves operating ERP and WMS software, troubleshooting related hardware, and ensuring the accurate and efficient selection and loading of orders during night operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Gain proficiency in the operation of Aspen Canopy (ERP), BFC Dakota (WMS), and related RF scanning devices.
Verify reported shortages from selectors before exporting routes; communicate confirmed shortages to the night manager or supervisor before closing the route.
Report inventory issues to Inventory Control before shift end.
Ensure all orders are completed in the WMS and exported to the ERP.
Print and organize invoices by route for drivers after order export.
Prepare shipping documents and bills of lading for off-island shipments; scan and send documents to neighbor island agents before shift end.
Troubleshoot issues with RF scanning devices used by order selectors.
Set up new user accounts and profiles.
Monitor night production progress in the WMS.
Complete and submit required reports by shift end.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring workflow accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
You would be great for this role if you have these qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Previous experience in IT support or a similar role preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and thorough documentation of processes.
Experience with Ubiquiti Networking Equipment preferred.
Proficiency in Office 365 and Azure Active Directory.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to sit, use hands for handling or typing, and communicate verbally.
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally required to stand and walk.
Must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds.
Requires close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in an office setting within a warehouse environment.
Moderate noise levels are typical.
Proficiency in personal computers and office equipment (computers, telephones, fax machines, calculators, etc.) required.
Work Schedule:
Non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Standard work schedule: Sunday through Thursday. Sundays start 3:00 p.m.
Mondays - Thursdays 6:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m.
Overtime and additional days may be required based on business needs.
