As Stemilt\xe2\x80\x99s IT Support Tech-Mobile Device you will be providing customer service to employees that have company cell phones and desk phones. In this position, you will be provisioning cell phones and MiFi\xe2\x80\x99s. This position supports four thousand Stemilters and it\xe2\x80\x99s required to deliver extraordinary customer service at all levels, in addition to helping drive performance, efficiency, and quality of work by providing guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the team, and adhering to company policies, procedures, and system documentation. Excellent prioritizing and organizational skills are a must.
