The Role as an IT Support Technician II, you will use your technical knowledge and specialized skills to support, build, implement, and improve technology solutions. You are able to resolve customer issues in time of crisis to get them working again. Responsibilities:Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage daily monitoring of the ticket queue, MS Exchange, MS 365, preventative maintenance including wire management, testing, labeling, routine software upgrades, deletions, and modifications Routine IT housekeeping and preventative maintenance including wire management, testing, labeling, routine software upgrades, deletions and modifications
  • Support information technology assets, executing a variety of routine technical SOPs on hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software
  • Gain exposure to the entire IT network for Goldbelt\xe2\x80\x99s operations and have the opportunity to assist with special projects as needed
  • Provide remote support using TeamViewer and similar tools
Qualifications:Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Able to provide IT support to all levels of an organization; up to and including C-level
  • Proficient with Inventory and Asset Management
  • Proficient in Mobile Device Management
  • Proficient in Deploying Policies for devices and services
  • Proficient in Maintaining and Developing Service Catalogs and Portfolios
  • Ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment
  • Skill in working harmoniously within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Possesses attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers and with outside agencies, partners, shareholders, and business associates
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to adapt messages and strategies for diverse audiences
  • Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment. This includes a proficiency in standard software applications, including Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and be comfortable moving various computer equipment
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Certified in Microsoft AZ-900, SC-900, or MS-900
  • Minimum six (6) years in the Information Technology field and previous experience providing Tier-1 IT support along with four (4) or more years providing Tier-2 IT support
  • Experience within an enterprise environment
  • Experience in IT Project and Portfolio Management
  • Experience Supporting 100 or more users (on-site and remote users)
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 / Office 365
  • Experience Supporting iPads / Tablets / Laptops / Desktops / Mobile Phones
  • Experience with Managing Accounts (AD, VoIP Phones, Mobile Device Management, etc.)
  • Experience imaging and deploying laptops
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology
  • Cloud (Microsoft Azure) and Microsoft 365 certifications
  • Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA 93-349) OR Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA \xe2\x80\x93 Windows 10)
  • Previous experience working with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs) and/or previous exposure to Alaska Native cultures
  • Previous government contracting experience
