Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include but will not be limited to the following.

1. Technology orientation for new staff.
2. Mobile device management and support.
3. User login and account support.
4. Support user access to online resources and services
5. Computer Fleet Support by Imaging, deployment, and assignment.
6. Loads software such as operating systems and applications onto user equipment.
7. Respond to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnosis of system hardware,
software, and operator problems.
8. Assist with training of stakeholders when requested by the supervisor.
9. Install or assist in installation of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors,
keyboards, printers, and disk drives.
10. Remain flexible and adapt to changing support requirements.
11. Help desk Tier 1
12. Assist with clerical duties within the Technology Department

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License
Experience in Education or Enterprise environment preferred
Communication Skills
Ability to communicate with students and staff in a calm and friendly manner and to always appear
willing to assist. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write, in english, routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of students or staff.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only
limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of computer systems and
information technology.
