Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop and implement measurable marketing strategies that increase awareness of the J Resort brand
  • Ensure consistency in branding the J Resort across all marketing channels - making sure that the brand is being used correctly
  • Responsible for structuring and modifying all marketing plans, guest incentives, and budgets to include a calendar of events that drive acquisition and awareness
  • Develop promotions and special events that promote J Resort in alignment with company acquisition strategies, brand, and culture and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and value
  • Be accountable for financial, market share, and guest service objectives in accordance with company policy and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulations
  • Should have an in-depth understanding of the competitive environment
  • Maintain allocation of the marketing budget and player reinvestment to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and be able to analyze all marketing and promotions data using proformas and data analytics of market programs to increase EBITDA
  • Approve and evaluate comp policies, campaigns, programs, entertainment activities, and all other marketing expenditures to ensure program effectiveness and implement improvements based upon performance
  • Serve as key property liaison actively engaged with all marketing-related activities.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to successfully execute all marketing activities and achieve J Resort\'s overall goals and objectives
  • Maintain operating department standards, guidelines, and objectives, and oversee other administrative processes such as staffing to ensure proper planning and effective execution
  • Maintain all details related to the marketing budget including management of expenditures and monthly explanations of each budgeted line item
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Bachelor\'s degree with a concentration in Marketing or related field. Or Equivalent Work Experience may be substituted for a degree
  • 3-5 years of Supervisory or Management experience preferred; preferably in the hospitality or service industry
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing environment
  • Ability to multitask in a demanding environmental
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong database/analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or database software programs
  • Utilize best practices in the areas of brand development, advertising, relationship marketing, and business analytics
  • Must possess a valid Nevada Gaming License
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
