Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks with an emphasis on industrial and commercial cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas. Conduct custodial duties such as emptying trash bins, sanitizing restrooms, and replenishing supplies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
