What You'll Do

Be the Face of Our Service Department

- Greet clients warmly & professionally

Listen & Advise

- Consult with clients to understand their service needs & recommend solutions

Provide Accurate Estimates

- Explain service options, pricing, and timelines with clarity

Coordinate with Technicians

- Ensure timely completion of repairs & maintenance

Maintain Records

- Track client interactions, service transactions & vehicle history

Build Trust & Relationships

- Offer expert guidance on vehicle care, repairs & warranty options

Who We're Looking For

Experienced in Automotive Service Advising

- Prior experience preferred

Strong Communicator & Problem-Solver

- You love working with people & finding solutions

Organized & Detail-Oriented

- Ability to multitask & manage a busy schedule

Tech-Savvy

- Comfortable using scheduling, invoicing & CRM software
