Job Description

Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for a Journeyman Analyst to support the US Army Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) Project Office (PO). This position is contingent upon award and is based in Huntsville, AL.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of aircraft survivability equipment, systems, and processes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to aircraft survivability to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective sustainment of aircraft survivability systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring timely availability of required equipment and resources.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations to communicate analysis findings, recommendations, and status updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal team members, contractors, and external agencies, to ensure effective coordination and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases related to activities, analysis results, and equipment status.

• Bachelor\'s degree and three (3) years of experience or High School and six (6) years of experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Familiarity with military ASE systems, regulations, and procedures is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information and analysis findings.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be a US Citizen and have/able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. US travel only.
