Job Opening

We are currently seeking MA-licensed Journeyman Electricians for Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. We encourage Industrial, Manufacturing, and Commercially skilled electricians to apply. The ideal Journeyman candidate will be Motivated, Reliable, Confident, and Safety-Minded.

• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit and associated wiring
• Connect wiring to fixtures and power equipment
• Connect power cables to equipment, such as motors, distribution equipment, and equipment
• Install electrical systems per the current version of the National and Massachusetts Electrical Code
• Perform transformer, feeder, electrical raceway system, and electrical apparatus installations
• Follow all safe practices for installations as required by OSHA and NFPA
• Implement basic troubleshooting techniques
• Possess a basic understanding of industrial equipment, controls, and circuits
• Utilize safe workplace practices
• Experience with manufacturing and production facilities is an asset, as is knowledge of low-voltage and communication system installations

Requirements:

Successful candidates will also possess:

• Communication skills
• Supervisory skills
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings
• Reliable attendance record
• Competent computer skills
• Proof of a valid Massachusetts Journeyman s License (NH or RI Journeyman License a Plus!)
• Proof of valid Massachusetts Driver s License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug Screening and Background Check

Future Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid Certification
• OSHA 10hr Certification
• MSHA Certification (If applicable)
• NFPA 70E Training
• Lift Operation Certification
• Confined Space Training
