JOB DESCRIPTION



The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$600 billion in Assets Under Management and ~5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.


As a Liquidity Specialist within the US Wealth Management Investment Products & Advice Banking team, you will play a crucial role in advocating and executing short-term investment solutions like Money Market Funds, Brokered CDs, Ultrashort Bond Funds, Mutual Funds, Treasuries, and Managed Bond Ladders, along with a variety of Banking products. Your duties will encompass collaborating closely with senior Liquidity Specialists to sustain their connections with advisors and proposing appropriate short-term investment strategies that align with the clients' immediate and long-term goals.

Job Responsibilities



Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to translate and synopsize data to support strategies and solutions based on client goals and objectives in efforts to attract and retain assets Work with the Liquidity Specialist on Field Leadership and Financial Advisor strategy to drive adoption and utilization of team Supporting awareness campaigns, market updates, prospecting opportunities, advisor resources and client communications Assist in the development of educational product presentations, awareness campaigns, and market updates focused on liquidity solution Work alongside the Liquidity Specialists with the liquidity management framework and cash bucketing concepts Partner with marketing teams to create actionable ideas collateral Partner with Data & Analytics team to curate opportunity lists Liaise across the firm as appropriate, establishing and maintaining partnerships with the broader Investments and Products organization to foster cross collaboration, idea sharing and client deepening opportunities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



Series 7, 66 licensed Knowledge of macro interest rate environment; understanding of wealth management Team-oriented with ability to interact effectively with various functions High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to translate and synopsize data using strong analytical skills to support strategies and solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills



2+ years of financial services experience, investments experience strongly preferred Diversified wealth management and investment skills, including banking, lending, and investment solutions a plus
