JR. FINANCIAL ANALYST:

The Jr. Financial Analyst may work with business operations, IT and test systems. Some create documentation and manuals. Business Analysts interact with developers, stakeholders, and various subject experts. Business Analysts conduct market analyses, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, they develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.

The Company operates more than two dozen retail locations across the country under the retail brand, BEYOND / HELLO\xe2\x84\xa2 as well as under the recently acquired brand, Nature\xe2\x80\x99s Remedy. The Company provides an unparalleled in-store experience, coupled with online reservations and in-store express pickup.

Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: , , , and , which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Perform monthly reviews and analyses of retail financials and performance using operational metrics and reports
• Prepare weekly reports on retail revenue and margins by vendor identifying trends and opportunities for margin improvements
• Prepare and monitor weekly private label branded sell through at the retail level, ensuring markets reach their targets.
• Set quarterly retail revenue targets based on trends and internal/external market factors.
• Prepare monthly retail financial file. Review and communicate with accounting team searching for outliers and missing journal entries.
• Work closely with the accounting team to maintain consistency in our financials and find trends.
• Develop a rolling twelve and twenty-four month retail financial forecast.
• Improve systems/processes by studying current practices; designing modifications.
• Prepare quarterly reporting based on Investor Relations requests for executives to use on earnings calls.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
• Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models
• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs
• Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
• Review a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory, distribution and facilities
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
• Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in excel, ability to use advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP\xe2\x80\x99s & Indexing
• Experience managing large data sets and creating chart & graph designs
• Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
