Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients and caregivers on a weekly basis to further treatment goals
  • Establish Child and Family teams to facilitate treatment planning and provide support
  • Accurately document treatment plans, incident reports, and other documentation promptly
  • Participate in crisis response system as scheduled with the program supervisor
  • Participate in individual and/or group supervision
  • Maintain collaboration with juvenile court partners, probation and public defender's office
  • Facilitate Child and Family team meetings which can include youth, family members, probation officers and/or school staff
QualificationsRequired:
  • Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Social Work/Psychology/Counseling
  • Registered with California BBS: ASW, AMFT, or full licensed
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work some evenings
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Own vehicle, Valid California driver's license and insurability with Seneca's automobile policy
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
  • Must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Preferred:
  • Experience working with system involved youth
  • Community based experience
  • Good organizational and critical-thinking skills
Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Mon - Fri; 9AM - 5:30PM
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work some evenings, scheduled ahead of time
  • No weekend shifts
Benefits
  • Starting at $71,080 - $85,080 per year, actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualification
  • Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure
