We are O Inc. and we are seeking Qualified Managers to become an integral part of our team and support our growth!

You will coordinate and oversee the Restaurants daily operations and financial performance.

Compensation Ranges

General Manager $50,000 - $70,000+ Annually

Assistant Managers $36,000-$48,000+ Annually

Responsibilities:

Ensure restaurants are fully staffed with engaged team members
Maintain a food safe environment obsessed with cleanliness and organization
P&L responsibilities; tasked with controlling Food Cost and Labor hours targets
Build a service culture based on Friendly People and Fast service.
Develop and encourage growth through a culture of continual Training and Development
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years Management and/or restaurant experience
Strong team builder that leads from the front; hands on leadership style
Personally organized and able to honor commitments
Committed to training and development of self and others
Servant Leader that is appreciates that we are in the HOSPITALITY business
Strong leadership qualities
Track record for improving restaurant operations
