Job Description
OVERVIEW:
First State Brewing Company is an award winning Brewery, Taproom + Kitchen We're seeking passionate humans to join our Kitchen team. Support Kitchen team with washing wares and maintaining cleanliness in the Kitchen. Currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Wash, dry and store all wares including pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Kitchen equipment and work areas Receiving and storing deliveries Strictly adhere to all applicable standard operating procedures Strictly adhere to responsible food safety practices and applicable laws and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:
One (1) year kitchen experience preferred Good attitude and a strong work ethic Strong desire to increase culinary knowledge and experience Strives for constant and never-ending improvement Maintain ServSafe Food Handlercertification or obtain within 30 days of employment Ability to work days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to periodically lift 50 pounds Reliable transportation Be a good human
