, you will be responsible for executing high-quality kitchen and bathroom renovations, including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, plumbing, and electrical work. You will work closely with project managers, designers, and homeowners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Construction:
Perform demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, and electrical installations for kitchen and bath remodels.
Quality Craftsmanship:
Ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations, focusing on durability and aesthetic appeal.
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installations, making necessary adjustments to ensure a seamless finish.
Blueprint Interpretation:
Read and interpret blueprints, design plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of projects.
Material Handling:
Measure, cut, and install various materials, including tile, wood, laminate, and stone surfaces.
Customer Interaction:
Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Safety Compliance:
Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Collaboration:
Work closely with team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
Job Site Maintenance:
Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring minimal disruption to homeowners.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years in kitchen and bath remodeling, carpentry, or general construction.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in installing cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, tile, and flooring.
Tools & Equipment:
Must have knowledge of and experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Ability to identify and resolve installation challenges efficiently.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, kneel, and work in various environments.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal communication and ability to work well with customers and team members.
Licensing & Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
OSHA 10 or 30 certification
EPA Lead-Safe Certification
Plumbing or Electrical Certification (a plus)
