Kitchen Showroom Sales Associate
About the position: We are looking for an energetic, customer-centric and creative individual to join our sales team at Pius Kitchen & Bath full-time. If you enjoy fast-paced environments with friendly and helpful co-workers, we would love for you to apply. No sales experience is required as we offer paid training regardless of skill level. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Sales Associates will enjoy the opportunity to work with clients from all walks of life on their respective kitchen and bathroom remodels. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and following up with bids/estimates to meet sales objectives
• Managing multiple projects through their entire life cycle (i.e. estimate request, design, delivery/install and follow-up)
• Building clientele & personal sales portfolio
• Designing kitchen floor plans using 20-20 software
• Answering and making phone calls as well as using e-mail as a communication tool with existing and/or potential customers
• Invoicing using QuickBooks software

Skills and Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is ideal, but not required
• Ability to stay calm and composed in adverse situations
• Proven record of taking initiative and going beyond one\'s job description
• Great problem solving skills and solution-orientated attitude
• Ability to independently manage your time, competing priorities, and customer expectations
• Attention to detail is second nature to you
• 20-20 or design software experience is a plus, but not required
• Good math skills
