Our award winning, Old Lahaina Luau is a well-established business on Maui for 38 yrs. We thrive on sharing the Hawaiian culture through food, dance and aloha with our 350 guests nightly. We are seeking highly motivated, with attention to detail individuals to join our team. Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Must be available to work weekends Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Can maintain a pleasant smile and demeanor throughout the shift Can handle multiple tasks at one time Is self-motivated, especially under pressure Embraces change & training Ability to follow directions and instructions Keeps cleanliness in mind at all times Keep a sanitized and orderly environment
