Kubota of Denver is a prestigious Kubota dealership committed to providing exceptional tractors, excavators, skid steer, mowers, attachments, and implements plus exceptional service to our valued customers. This position offers $60,000 base pay annually plus commission and is a full-time position.Position Overview:As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in generating new business and cultivating relationships with equipment customers in the Denver area. You will be responsible for promoting and selling Kubota equipment, including tractors, utility vehicles, construction equipment, and more, to agricultural, landscaping, construction, and other industries. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential customers in the Denver area, including agricultural, landscaping, construction, and other industries, through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and assistance to meet their equipment needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Kubota equipment features, benefits, and capabilities to customers.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers, negotiating terms and closing sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and dealership management to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and make recommendations for product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software and other tracking tools.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed about Kubota products and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the equipment or agricultural industry.
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure sales agreements.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
