ResponsibilitiesProvide timely, effective, and thorough service to laboratory referral sources, hospital staff, patient families, and others based on Children\'s service standards; facilitate flow of samples and information to and from reference laboratories; fulfill laboratory\'s revenue cycle-related requirements for optimal reimbursement and compliant billing; serve as a resource for community service operations, sendouts testing, laboratory revenue cycle activities, and customer service; participate in process improvement efforts aimed at improving flow of laboratory services.RequirementsRequired Education/Experience:

• Associate\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a Science related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 2 years of clinical laboratory experience.

Preferred:

• At least 5 years experience with clinical laboratory sample processing, sendouts, and/or registration.

• Two (2) years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
