What you will do

Work with Scientific Staff in the Biologics and Synthetics space within Process Development Function to provide support for laboratory instrument controllers including Life Cycle Management, Information Protection Compliance Management, Patching Maintenance, and Software Vulnerabilities Remediation.

Partner with Lab Staff and Scientists to continuously identify and implement opportunities to advance capabilities that help enhance and transform their digital experience

Provide Front Line Support for Lab Staff that includes General Benchtop Support, Instruments Qualification, Support for Zebra Printers, Scales, Scanners, Data Integrity Assessments, Backup Monitoring, SOP Reviews, User Access and Administration, and Internal/External Audit Support

Partner with third party vendors to troubleshoot problems, find long-term solutions, and monitor progress to end meet user needs

Develop and maintain administration tools for the Enterprise Benchtop team primarily in ASP.NET, SQL and IIS

Maintain and administer Chromatography Data Systems (Chromeleon/Empower/Unicorn etc. and Amazon Web Service assets

Work with different site functions to ensure day to day lab operations are not disrupted

Support Asset Decommissioning and Salvage process collaborating with Business Partners

We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The Information Systems professional we seek is an Analyst with these qualifications.

Basic Qualifications:

Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree

OR

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience

Or

Associate\xe2\x80\x99s degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Information Systems experience

Preferred Qualifications:

High Performing Individual, who is really driven to learn, be motivated, and have the passion for serving patients as well as personal career progression

Strong customer focus with ability to work closely with lab scientists to ensure IS issues are addressed in a timely manner

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows system administration. Knowledge of Linux systems is a plus.

Experience with Microsoft SCCM Administration (Image creation, Maintain packages and applications, Patching and deployments of baselines)

Experience with Storage Management (file/data management, AWS)

Experience with Virtualization technologies including VM and Hyper-V

Familiarity with Automation tools, processes, and related software development

Demonstrated experience of IT support in a Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech company or equivalent industry or knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry GxP system qualification and validation processes for computer related systems

Knowledge of Scripting languages like Java script, PS, Python, C# etc. is a plus

Experience with scientific data acquisition systems like SDMS, Empower, PerkinElmer ELN

Strong team player who is able to effectively collaborate with IS colleagues in multiple locations on complex tasks and develop designs and strategies to address common problems within the benchtop support domain

Occasional travel may be required in order to work with other team members

The annual base salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $85,702-115,710 USD.
