Sentara is hiring a L&D Surgical Technologist for Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, in Norfolk, Virginia.

Shift: Full Time, Rotating Shift

REQUIREMENTS:

Virginia License/Registration REQUIRED

National Certification REQUIRED

Completion of Surgical Technologist program REQUIRED

Implements plan of care for specific patient population. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care in the peri-operative environment. May substitute training in operating room procedures from military or vocational training program. Virginia Surgical Techs are required to be Licensed with the VBOM. New hires without license must obtain within 6 months of hire.
