Job Description


Job Title: Genotyping TechnicianJoin our dynamic Controls Team as a research contractor focused on the creation, validation, and distribution of biological and synthetic controls within our global network of genotyping labs. You will conduct lab activities essential for the creation, validation, and production distribution of synthetic and biological controls for our Low Density Genotyping platform. Key responsibilities include supporting the onboarding and validation of controls into global production genotyping platforms, developing novel approaches to assess control performance, evaluating and implementing new PCR control strategies, and maintaining detailed records while communicating technical information effectively.Hard Skills

  • Understanding of genetics and molecular biology
  • Knowledge of genotyping platforms including genotyping by assays and genotyping by sequencing
