Landscape Architect Project Manager - Tampa, FL

Halff is seeking a Landscape Architect Project Manager in the Tampa, FL office. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of landscape architects, planners, engineers, and others to provide management on a wide variety of public and private landscape architecture and planning projects.

Project emphasis includes: FDOT roadway landscape projects, parks, streetscape, recreational, trails, and master planning

Landscape Architect Project Manager Requirements: * Ability to work with design teams and consultants through all design stages from concept through construction

• Foster and promote a positive, team oriented environment and office culture
• Ability to lead teams to complete projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
• Knowledgeable in the production of CD sets including FDOT, hardscape, planting, construction details, specifications, and bidding packages
• Experience in master planning of parks, trails, and recreation is a plus
• Experience with construction methodologies and implementation
• Well organized, detail oriented and highly motivated
• Manage multiple projects of various scale and complexity simultaneously
• Be able to anticipate the needs of clients and projects
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Have excellent design skills
• Be proficient with computer applications including AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office

Landscape Architect Project Manager Qualifications: * Bachelors or Master\'s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university

• Florida registration as a Professional Landscape Architect
• 5 years of experience, minimum, as a Professional Landscape Architect
• Familiarity preparing proposal/scope of work documents and reviewing invoices/submitting
• Ability to travel periodically, primarily in state, to support project needs
