We are looking for a highly motivated Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow in their career in the landscaping industry.

Responsibilities:

• Planting, pruning, mulching, and installing garden features
• Perform construction tasks including paver & stonework, and grading
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Lift 50-75 pounds on a routine basis.
• Seasonal snow and ice removal, when needed
• Drive, use, maintain, and properly operate landscape equipment and vehicles

Requirements:

• Prior landscaping experience is preferred but not required
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
• Basic knowledge of horticulture and plant care, or willingness to learn
• Have reliable transportation, with a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license, and a clean driving record
• Team oriented with a strong work ethic
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
