Join the A1 Lawn & Landscaping Team We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Foreman who can lead our landscaping teams effectively. As a Landscape Foreman, your role will be to coordinate and oversee the activities of our landscapers. You will be responsible for ensuring that the properties we work on follow our standards of quality and that our equipment is operated efficiently. You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of the job and ensuring timely completion of projects while communicating with managers. Duties & Responsibilities
- Confer with landscapers to coordinate job
- Establish work standards, and maintain quality control and safety regulations.
- Direct activities of landscapers
- Provide workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines
- Inspect work to ensure standards are met
- Complete inventory checks and equipment inspections
- Document work hours or activities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping and landscape maintenance
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in lawn care, construction, tree care, groundskeeping, irrigation, gardening, and horticulture
- Strong leadership skills to manage the team effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects, with special attention to details
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices in landscaping
- Any relevant certifications in landscaping or related fields would be a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Anchorage, AK 99518: Relocate before starting work (Required)
