Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a passion for landscape design and maintenance. This role involves supervising landscaping projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation. Lead a team of landscape technicians in executing various projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards. Conduct regular inspections of groundskeeping tasks to ensure high-quality results. Train new employees on landscaping techniques and safety practices.
Experience
Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required. Strong background in supervising teams within the landscaping industry. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team towards achieving project goals.
