Landscape Property Care Manager Position located in Stamford, CT


Hoffman Landscapes is seeking an experienced Landscape Property Care Manager to join our team. As a Landscape Property Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing property care and enhancement services for residential clients in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. We are a Top 100 Landscape Company and a Top 100 Snow Services Company with a 30-year track record of consistent growth. Responsibilities:

• Schedule, supervise, hire, and train landscape maintenance crews, which will include tasks such as mowing, weeding, mulching, pruning, and planting.
• Communicate with clients verbally and through email as necessary.
• Conduct bi-weekly safety meetings with crews.
• Assist with snow plowing operations during the winter months.
• Assist with winter pruning, holiday d\xc3\xa9cor, site visits, and other related activities.
• Contribute to budgeting efforts by providing input on equipment, trucks, and staffing needs.
• Report directly to the Branch Director.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in the landscape or a similar industry.
• Experience managing multiple crews.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with co-workers, clients, and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to offer effective solutions.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email, Word, Excel, and landscape industry software.
• Bilingualism is a plus.
