5 Star Mowing LLC is looking for a Landscape Technician to join our team. The Landscape Technician will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of landscape and garden plants, pruning, mulching, mowing and watering. This is a full-time position.

Duties and Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and remove landscape plants, pruning, mulching, and watering. Maintain the appearance of existing plantings. Perform routine preventative maintenance on landscape plants. Prune trees, shrubs, and other vegetation. Identify and provide plants for new plantings. Maintain existing plantings by pruning and hand watering. Identify and provide trees for removal or replacement. Remove unwanted plantings by pruning and removal. Maintain irrigation systems by installing valves, hoses, and hoses. Ensure that all tools are properly stored or accounted for at the end of the day. Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor. Experience:

2 years of landscape maintenance experience in a commercial setting preferred. Ability to perform physical demands such as but not limited to: lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs., bending, climbing, standing for long periods of time, working in hot/cold temperatures; ability to lift 50 lbs.; ability to climb ladders; ability to maneuver around equipment; ability to work in tight spaces; ability to read and write in a written/written English language format.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
