Law ClerkKimbel Mechanical Systems, LLC. is seeking a 2025 summer associate to work within the Legal Department. As a summer associate with Kimbel, you will have the opportunity to experience the day-to-day life of an in-house attorney, working with our Legal team on a variety of corporate, construction, real estate, contract, employment, insurance, and litigation issues. This is a full-time, paid position with a flexible start date.Responsibilities:

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist with the development of policies, training materials, and guidelines in a
• variety of areas.
• Conduct research and perform analysis relating to various areas of the law and
• legal topics including licensing requirements in multiple states, OSHA,
• employment.
• Assist with litigation in a variety of fields including but not limited to employment
• law and construction defect law.
• Prepare memoranda, summaries, and other content to effectively communicate
• research and analysis results to the in-house Legal Department or Executive
• team.
• General Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance claims.

• 3.0 or above cumulative GPA, required;
• Enrollment in a JD degree program at an accredited College/University going into
• their second or third year; and
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google platform.

• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; and
• Self-starter who is results-oriented and exhibits responsibility, creativity, and intellectual curiosity.

• Summer associate must be available and willing to work in-office at our headquarters located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This is not a remote position.
