LCSW or LCPC Level of Impairment Reviewer

(Remote in Montana)

We are looking for a Level of Impairment Reviewer (LCPC or LCSW) to join our Patient Services team. As a Level of Impairment Reviewer, you will be responsible for evaluating individual\xe2\x80\x99s level of impairment (LOI) for the Medicaid Severe Disabling Mental Illness (SDMI) waiver program. Documentation via the LOI assessment form is completed in a professional and timely manner according to set policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for completing retrospective medical records verification, clinical desk reviews, and perform initial on-site/in-home visits to evaluate individual impairment levels.

A successful candidate would have a master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in social work, psychology and have a current licensure with the Board of Behavioral Health in the state of Montana as an LCPC, or LCSW as well as an active, unrestricted driver\xe2\x80\x99s license due to required travel. Experience with and understanding of Montana home care services and Medicaid Home & Community Based Services preferred. Targeted Compensation of $80,000 a year.
