Role Purpose
A team leader in the preparation of pudding and baked goods for patients, cafeteria and special functions.
Responsibilities * Provides education and ensures work unit follows proper job duty protocols, safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assists department management in coordinating and achieving department goals.
Assists with monitoring employee performance and schedules, training employees and building an effective work unit.
Works various baking positions where needed to ensure quality and timely delivery of service.
Minimum Requirements
Education * High School Diploma or GED
Experience * 2-5 years
Supervisor Experience * No Experience
