Job Summary:
DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of NW Arkansas, a leading Design/Build remodeling company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. The Lead Technician will complete and manage the project with Trade Partners, ensuring quality work and excellent customer service. This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation and benefits.About Us:DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of NW Arkansas is a female, family-owned design/build firm that focuses primarily on bath & kitchen renovations (interior). We are locally owned and operated and part of a 45 member and growing franchise network across the US. DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of NW Arkansas is able to take clients from design through product selection/procurement to the actual remodel completion with our teamxe2x80xa6xe2x80xa6a one stop shop. We have a brick-and-mortar Design Center located in the Pinnacle Hills/One Uptown area of Rogers where we meet with clients face to face about their design, product selection and other needs.Visit our website for more information -Compensation & Benefits:

- Monday through Friday work week (8 hr days)Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Working with the designer and completing the renovation of the project space as per the approved design (carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, painting, trim, etc)- Staying up to date on current building code requirements- Reviewing production procedure and schedule before project starts- Reviewing material staging and assuring complete for project start- Attending preconstruction meeting- Attending weekly or daily meeting to allocate resources- Setting up jobs for dust and floor protection xe2x80x93 making sure job site is clean- Communicating progress of job to homeowners and production manager- Keeping clean appearance and wearing DreamMaker approved clothing- Completing job completion checklist and reviewing with client- Daily project reporting in DreamMaker software- Following the DreamMaker Code of ValuesRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred
- Minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the construction or remodeling industry
- Proven leadership experience, with ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other trade skills related to kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-starter and able to work independently without constant supervision
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and work in various weather conditionsEEOC statement:
