: In an event, organization is key. The lead chef coordinates the timing and location of food preparation, ensuring everything is ready on time to be served.Supervising the kitchen team
: The lead chef ensures that the kitchen staff (cooks, assistants, etc.) is well-coordinated, with each member responsible for a specific part of the menu to ensure everything is cooked and served smoothly.Quality control and presentation
: The lead chef checks that the dishes are cooked properly and presented attractively, ensuring they meet the highest standards.Managing pressure and timing
: At events, food is often served to a large number of people within a limited time. The lead chef must work under pressure and manage cooking times so everything is ready and served on time.Communication with the service team
: The lead chef communicates closely with the waitstaff and service team to ensure the food is served at the correct temperature and at the right moment.Work Schedule:

Event Dates: February 26 - March 02
Shift Length: 10-14 hours, depending on role and location assigned. (Note: This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling.)
