About the Role

As the Customer & Claims Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of Evolve, creating memorable experiences for our EV owners while coordinating the entire service journey. This role combines the expertise of a service advisor with the attentiveness of a luxury concierge, requiring both exceptional people skills and the ability to explain technical repair procedures and requirements to customers.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service experience Manage customer expectations with clear, professional communication Process insurance claims and handle administrative documentation Coordinate service logistics and timelines with our technical team Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience Develop leadership skills while growing with our expanding company

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service experience Natural leadership abilities with a customer-first mindset Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of customer interaction Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Enthusiasm for electric vehicle technology and sustainable transportation Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
