Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Lead Direct Support Professionals. As a Lead Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, including those with dementia, in assisted living or nursing home settings. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring the well-being of our residents. Duties: - Provide direct care and support to individuals with various needs, medication administration and management, Documentation review, and assistance with daily activities. - Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. - Engage in meaningful interactions and activities with residents to promote socialization and mental stimulation. - Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences. - Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Requirements: - Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required. - Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus. - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds. - Compassionate nature and genuine interest in helping others. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $1,800.00 per hour
