• Manage projects to scope requirements for data markets, coordinating input and approval from across Delaware North
• Develop reports and dashboards to enhance decision-making for managers and team members
• Identify, define, and test company-wide metrics, as well as ensuring data integrity, and profiling metrics in each domain
• Build and apply data quality rules, creating and measuring performance in KPI dashboards against established thresholds and targets
• Develop a content governance structure, actively test for data integrity issues, and create data quality improvement plans in collaboration with data governance within the business

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or other related field
• 4+ years' experience in data and analytics, preferably within hospitality, food and beverage, and retail
• Experience working with Structured Query Language, BI tools, and large or relational databases
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and distribute significant amounts of information with accuracy
