Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to work directly with the owner on kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, tile work, light electrical and general construction and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Complete all aspects of kitchen and bathroom remodeling installations, including cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, and light electrical work. Ensure all work is completed according to company standards, local building codes, and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients and owner to ensure smooth project execution. Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Conduct quality control checks and ensure customer satisfaction before project completion.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, light electrical work, drywall, tile installation, and finish work. Attention to Detail: Commitment to high-quality workmanship. Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve project issues efficiently. Communication: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Licenses & Certifications: Any relevant trade certifications are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
