Lead Land Surveyor
for our survey department. Lead and oversee all surveying operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with state and local platting regulations. Conduct and manage boundary, topographic, engineering, and residential surveys. Serve as the technical expert for land surveying, mentoring a team of surveyors. Plan, schedule, and manage projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Design Alaska seeks these desirable attributes in Lead Land Surveyor applicants:
Currently living in Alaska. Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related ?eld. Currently a licensed land surveyor in the State of Alaska, or ability to become licensed. Pro?ciency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS software, and advanced surveying equipment (GPS, Total Stations, LiDAR, drones).
