This position reports to our Spa Management Team. Work authorization for this location is required.ResponsibilitiesProvide the highest level of massage services to our guests, and obtaining customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons Standards and policies.Knowledge and SkillsEducation:High School education or equivalent experience. Massage Therapy and Cosmetology SchoolExperience:Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience within a luxury hotel environment. Prior experience as a Lead therapist or trainer.Skills & Abilities:Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language other language is a plus. Must have the ability to perform deep tissue/sport massage, Swedish massage and Lomi-Lomi massage. Must be able to participate to all training offered by the spa.
