As a Lead Product Development Manager, you will oversee the development, marketing and sale of a product or set of products throughout the product life cycle. You\xe2\x80\x99ll partner with our business, technology and UX teams to design moderately complex products or product lines that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment while providing a competitive advantage for our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer demand and market fit for AT&T business product portfolio, inclusive of business wireline, wireless, network security, and voice products.
  • Perform market research and competitive insights to build Voice of the Customer perspective to define AT&T business product experience, including gaps and opportunities for the product.
  • Evaluate product end to end experience, identify work streams to address gaps for improvement.
  • Produce business cases and business case templates for organization to define addressable market as well as obtainable market for product and product enhancements, including key metrics such as revenue, volumes, costs, churn.
  • Produce product roadmaps to define product journey and customer value from MVP to fully scaled products, prioritizing feature development, functions, and launch activities through the product journey.
  • Develop and refine governance process to prioritize and obtain funding to realize roadmap and potential business case results and align across business product organization for execution.
  • Partner across organizations from project intake through launch, using SAFe Agile methodologies.
  • Drive accountability through delivery and go-to-market processes, including but not limited to scope, development, testing, legal, branding, marketing, channel enablement, segment enablement, and support.
  • Define lifecycle needs and coordinate with support and operations.
  • Measure results against business case, refining priorities and roadmap accordingly to address customer and market needs. Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.
Our Lead Product Management & Development earn between $128,400 - $192,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in product management, product development, or marketing
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
