: Looking to learn a new skill or trade? Seeking a detail oriented individual to join our growing team in Strawberry Point IA. Screen printing experience is a major plus but not required. We can teach you. We are looking for someone that is organized and pays attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a general understanding of all aspects of operations, including reclaiming, receiving, screen coating & burning, and press operation. We operate state of the art automatic screen print press, direct to screen and direct to garment printing equipment. GENERAL SUMMARY We are looking to hire a talented screen printer with an eye for detail to oversee our screen printing process. The Screen Printer will be responsible for creating the screens, loading the screen onto the printer, producing the final printed articles, and cleaning the machine after completed. You will also dry and fold the final printed articles before they are packaged and sent to the customer. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• *Receiving work order jobs for screen printing *Examining work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities *Selecting screen size, degreasing agents, and emulsion coatings *Loading screens into the printer *Test printing before the batch is printed *Running prints and performing quality checks throughout the printing process *Troubleshooting problems as they arise *Drying, folding, and packing completed articles after the run

SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• *Excellent hand-eye coordination *High level of creative and artistic skills

KNOWLEDGE, PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED

• *High school diploma *Previous work experience as a screen printer is preferred but not required *Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• *Ability to stand for long periods *Ability to work with ink every day *Ability to operate large machinery *Ability to work alone or as a team *Building is heated and air conditioned

Our company is willing to train the right candidate. Job requires standing for the majority of your shift. Pay is negotiable based on experience level. Benefits: Clothing Discount Incentive Flexible Schedule End of Year Bonuses Schedule:

• *7-8 hour shift (can be broken in to 3-4 hr increments) *Preferred Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays (can discuss different available work days as needed)

Work Location: One location, no remote applicants please Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $10.32 - $15.00/hour.
