• We are hiring immediately for a full time and part time LEAD SERVER position.
• Location: Charter House - Mayo Clinic Retirement Living - 211 Second Street, Rochester, MN 55905. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Days and hours may vary. Weekend availability is required. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous restaurant experience is required. Previous supervisory and fine dining experience is preferred, but not required.
• Pay Range: $19.00 to $22.00

• Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
• Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
