Mondays - Fridays. No nights and weekends!Do you love working with children? We are hiring Lead Teachers in our Toddler Program to join our team today.Responsibilities of a Lead Teacher in a Preschool include the following:

• Planning and implementing daily program activities.
• Coordinating activities of Assistant Teacher and Aides
• Assisting the Director with designated activities
• Establishing and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning

environment * Advancing children's physical and intellectual competence supporting each child's social & emotionaldevelopment and providing positive guidance * Establishing positive & effective family relations

• Ensuring an effective program, responsive to children's needs - maintaining professional commitment

Qualifications:

• Associatexe2x80x99s Degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children, or
• Associatexe2x80x99s Degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience working with children, or
• Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children, or
• A Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field
• Meets the qualifications required by 55 Pa. Code, Chapter 3270, Child Care Centers
