GP Strategies Corporation is seeking an Learning Events Coordinator.
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Learning Events Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end coordination and administrative tasks throughout the entire life cycle of learning and training events for our global clients. This position involves close collaboration with key internal and client stakeholders to ensure full understanding of the objectives, scope, and scale of the learning and training events we support, which can range from virtual sessions to in-person onsite deliveries.
Your responsibilities will encompass working from a given brief, securing suitable venues, coordinating event agendas, monitoring and reporting on attendance, ensuring seamless event coordination on the day, as well as analyzing and implementing feedback after the event has concluded.
To excel in this role, you will need to develop a deep understanding of both our internal operations and our client\'s businesses. You should exhibit confidence, possess excellent prioritization skills to manage a diverse workload, project a professional image, and demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication abilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
