We focus on innovation in learning, and we work with business leaders to support our business growth and organization development and transformation goals.As a Learning Technology Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting the configuration and management of Learning technologies and platforms at Protiviti. Our learning technology platform includes learning management systems, learning experience platforms, learning content platforms, technologies used in the classroom, collaboration technologies, and virtual reality tools.You will assist with learning technology projects, support team members in setting up, configuring and managing learning technologies, and participate in the process of analyzing and enhancing learning technologies and related business processes. You will proactively engage with our global business units, stakeholders, and learning leaders to understand business needs, to configure learning technology to support the needs, and to provide knowledge and insights on best practices.What You Will Be DoingSupport the organization in configuring and using learning technologiesCreate, manage, and archive learning contentCreate, distribute, and maintain reports including complex non-standard/custom reports and ad hoc analysis requests for stakeholdersTroubleshoot and resolve system issues; collaborate with other IT teams when neededProvide ongoing support with technical integrations and vendor escalations and resolutionsProactively formulate ideas and provide recommendations for system and process enhancements, driving continuous improvementAssist in the deployment of new technical features including documentation, testing support, and end-user trainingCommunicate complex technical information to less technical users and in-depth business processes to technical resourcesProcess learning records and generate certificatesManage training inquiries and respond to messages in a timely manner and with excellent customer serviceDrive projects to timely completion with planning and forecasting, creative problem solving, delegation, communication, and influenceEstablish, develop, and maintain relationships internally with stakeholdersStay current with emerging trends and best practices in Learning TechnologiesTravel expectations for this role are 10%You may occasionally be required to work outside typical business hours to accommodate meetings across multiple time zonesWhat Will Help You Be SuccessfulYou are exceptionally detail oriented, but also capable of seeing the big picture view and thinking strategicallyYou like to work independently but value collaborating with others tooYou are passionate about evaluating, synthesizing, organizing, and interpreting data and informationYou can communicate complex technical information to less technical users and in-depth business processes to technical resourcesYou have subject matter knowledge in learning technology and industry trends and working knowledge of web & SaaS applicationsYou are experienced in providing exceptional technical supportYou are self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to frequent change, and able to balance competing prioritiesYou prioritize job responsibilities and execute plans based on guidance from team leadersYou are motivated by new ideas, but also thoughtful about whats possible given tight deadlinesYou have a desire to learn, are curious, and are receptive to feedback and mentoringYou are an avid user of technology (platforms, apps, tools, etc.) and are confident and excited about learning how to use new technologiesYou are comfortable in a dynamic environment, adept at balancing multiple priorities, and nimble and positive in responding to change.You have a passion for understanding how learning fits into the greater organizational context and you constantly look for ways to add more value to support strategic goals.Your Educational and Professional QualificationsBachelors Degree in a relevant discipline.2+ years of experience working with learning management systems (LMS), preferably Cornerstone on Demand.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointConsulting/Professional Services industry experience, preferred.Our Hybrid WorkplaceProtiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job. $58,000.00 - $87,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job. 5%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job. $60,900.00 - $91,350.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
