Responsibilities:As a Leasing Manager with Hines, you will oversee the marketing, advertising, sales activities, and leasing team members for the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Actively participate in the leasing processSupervise and manage the propertyxe2x80x99s leasing team membersEnsure the achievement of the propertyxe2x80x99s revenue and occupancy goals by directing the marketing, advertising and sales actives as well as ensure the apartments are available for occupancyUse and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenuePartner with the maintenance team to make sure the propertyxe2x80x99s appearance and safety is up to Hines Residentialxe2x80x99s standardsReview and analyze financial reports pertaining to issues impacting leasing performanceOversee the lease renewal program and the communication processBecome a point of reference for any questionxe2x80x99s residents may have Qualifications:Minimum Requirements include:High school education or equivalent from an accredited institution is required; College degree is a plusTwo or more years of experience in residential property management or related industrySales and/or supervisory experience preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong customer service orientationExcellent verbal and written communication skills * Work indoors approximately 95% of the time and outdoors approximately 5% of the time

• Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect building and detect emergency alarms
• On occasion, perform physical inspections of the property which may include climbing up and down stairs or accessing restrictive openings
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
• Though occurrences are rare, be accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations management during natural disasters
• Transfer properties and work overtime as business needs deem appropriate
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Compensation: $23.40/hr - $29/hr + bonus
