Legal Case Manager
Job Description
Quality Medical Management specializes in providing comprehensive medical support to individuals involved in auto or work accidents. Our mission is to ensure that every client receives prompt and effective medical care, regardless of their insurance status. We are currently seeking an Intake Specialist - Legal Case Manager who possesses exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
As an Intake Specialist - Legal Case Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their case management. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive information and client interactions.
Compensation:
$20 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial client intake interviews, gather relevant information, and assess immediate needs. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with regular updates and managing their inquiries and concerns regarding their medical treatment. Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain and review medical records and other relevant documents. Manage & organize appointment details related to the accident. Develop and implement organizational systems to ensure efficient case progression. Problem-solve effectively, offering solutions and support to clients throughout the case management process.Qualifications:
Proven experience in legal or medical case management, intake specialist roles, or similar positions. Strong multitasking abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple matters at once. Strong interpersonal and both written & oral communication skills. Effective organizational skills. Proficiency with case management software and MS Office.About Company
