Join us!About Our Legal TeamOur Legal Team is composed of three attorneys, three paralegals and a legal operations specialist, who are based in California and Arizona. We are a diverse and close-knit team, despite our mix of local and remote interactions. We work together to support our growing business and touch on diverse matters including: corporate, M&A transactions, commercial contracts, litigation, regulatory compliance, employment, real estate, intellectual property, and education.Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking enthusiastic Legal Interns to support various projects and initiatives while engaging in day-to-day business activities. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in a corporate environment and develop a business-oriented approach to providing practical solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating corporate policies and processes, including those related to education.
  • Support legal counsel in managing litigation, including discovery and mediation processes.
  • Develop and implement compliance initiatives in collaboration with the business team.
  • Assist in M&A transactions, including due diligence activities.
  • Draft and manage contracts and templates.
  • Conduct legal research and propose impactful solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate school program.
  • A keen interest in the corporate legal environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp new legal and business concepts.
  • A high level of professionalism, confidence, and integrity.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
